Welcome, I’m Hunter Bilotti

My Inspiration
1 Thessalonians 5:16 ---18 reads: "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." My name is Hunter Bilotti and not only is this what people call me but also hunting is my passion. I am currently a Junior at Auburn University studying Hospitality Management. I created this website to show a preview of my life thus far and my leadership experience along the way. I always have a reason to rejoice and be thankful for what God have given to me. This is what has driven me my whole life to work hard and build long lasting relationships.

About Me
As a man of faith I always strive to be thankful for my current situation and give God all the glory. I find joy in serving others and that is why I chose to study hospitality at Auburn. While in high school I met with a couple Chick-fil-A operators, which is the career I want to pursue, and they graduated from Auburn and encouraged me to study in this field. I chose Auburn because of the culture and the opportunity I saw before me to learn and grow in knowledge and in faith.
I thrive in the outdoors and see God's beauty best when I'm outside. I have tried to convey this passion through the layout and design of this website because I want everyone to enjoy it as much as I do. Through the use of my talents and abilities which I have learned all throughout life and college at Auburn, I want to love and serve others by putting their needs before my own.

Education
My Schooling
BS in Hospitality Management,
Auburn University
August 2018 - May 2022
I attend Auburn University and am currently a Junior studying Hospitality Management, the Hotel and Restaurant side. Two different alumni from Whitefield went to Auburn before me and pursued a career in Chick-fil-A, my dream career. This is what originally drove me to come to Auburn and after praying continuously God revealed this was the right college for me. Currently I still work at Chick-fil-A and have been able to connect my hospitality classes to the work environment and put what I have learned into practice.
High School Diploma, Whitefield Academy
August 2005 - May 2018
I graduated from Whitefield Academy after attending school there for 13 years. Serving others has always been a passion of mine and I was able to do this in high school through working at Chick-fil-A. Every year in high school we had to complete community service hours and I always went above and beyond in achieving those hours. This passion and drive to rejoice always and serve others is what drove me to Auburn after high school to study hospitality.

Assistant Manager, Chick-fil-A Vinings
After being at Chick-fil-A for 7 years and learning a lot from others it has only grown my passion for the company. I am constantly giving thanks for my dad being a Chick-fil-A operator for 25 years and jump starting me early to fall in love with the brand. I've gotten to watch and learn from him ever since I was born to know what makes Chick-fil-A great. My experience working there has intrigued me to study hospitality at Auburn and pursue Chick-fil-A as a career. There is nothing more for me to do than to give thanks to God for His blessings.

LDP Intern Production Team,
Auburn Community Church
The Leadership Development Program at ACC is an incredible atmosphere to practice hospitality and grow in my faith. This internship is a year long and I currently serve on the production team. My hospitality classes have groomed me to know how to connect with all types of people. This has benefited me while working for the Church and being able to meet hundreds of people on Sundays. My faith and passion for serving grows every week after working long 14 hour days. At the end I am able to give thanks for all the circumstances I encountered that day.

Leader
Ever since I was able to understand how much influence one leader could have on others I always strived to lead others well. My dad is a Chick-fil-A operator in Atlanta and he has always taught me to work hard and build relationships. This has translated into my 7 years of working at Chick-fil-A and in my LDP internship. At Chick-fil-A I am an assistant manager and hold a lot of influence and must lead our employees well because they are always watching. In the picture to the right I was a Grand Opening trainer for 10 days for a brand new Chick-fil-A. I lead 30 new employees along with 3 other trainers during those 10 days teaching them everything there was to know in the BOH role. In the LDP internship at ACC we have a lot of new volunteers every week that I must set an example for and lead well with the experience I have. I follow the perfect example of a leader who is Jesus Christ and pray continuously that He guides my path as a leader.

Organized
My mom reminds me all the time that she knew I was going to be an organized person when I sorted my M&Ms by color at the age of 2. Now I organize everything: socks, shoes, email, school schedule almost everything has a specific order. Many people have told me I have the most organized bedroom, computer, phone, email they have witnessed. Organization is for sure one of my skills that I was born with and will be able to use in my future job in hospitality to set me up for success. I continually give thanks to God for this gift like my quote refers too.
Servant -- Hearted
A leader who can die to him/herself and serve others joyfully will be successful as my dad always tell me. I choose to rejoice always in serving others and have had many opportunities to do this in my life. Throughout middle and high school I served for at least 30 hours a year doing community service. This isn't to brag and say wow look at what I did, its because I have a passion to serve others. Growing up my parents have been traveling to Niger, Africa and doing missions work there for over 15 years. I got the opportunity to go on 3 different mission trips there and serve others and show them how awesome Jesus is. The picture on the right was taken at a hospital called CURE in Niger, Africa in 2019. These trips to a 4th world country were humbling and have caused me to rejoice always for the blessings God has given to me.
